How I Took Back My Peace of Mind and Happiness

My health was deteriorating, and I was sick all the time.

So it’s safe to say that I’m pretty familiar with stress.

    Having elevated cortisol levels makes it harder to sleep at night.  That leads to sleep deprivation, which in turn, leads to lower energy levels during the daytime.  Ironically, that forces a person's body to produce more cortisol to help them get through the day.  And of course, that takes them back right where they started: being too stressed out to sleep at night. This is a vicious cycle that impairs cognitive functioning and leads to brain fog.
